RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 2021
1) Customer can change within FIVE (5) days of receiving an item ordered (defect only) from MODESTRO from all kind of platforms:

2) All item(s) must be returned to us in conditions of undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered and unworn, in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, price tags and labels. Payment receipt is required for all return & exchange process.
3) If the customer insists to change, additional shipping cost for the return and re-delivery will be imposed. Customer shall be imposed RM20 for Return & Exchange fee. This will cover the exchanged product’s postage (RM10/per item) and administration fee (RM10).
4) DEZOIR will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error which you received an incorrect or defective item(s).
5) Item(s) are one-to-one exchange for same design and colour.
6) Strictly NO EXCHANGE AND REFUND for item(s) under special promotion campaign; event sales, AS-IS, clearance, discount coupon / voucher, etc.
7) Strictly NO EXCHANGE AND REFUND via shipping during festive/peak season (RAYA/RAMADAN).
8) Strictly NO EXCHANGE AND REFUND due to design, item, color mistake by customers.
9) Unacceptable reasons will not be entertained such as: ‘Not suitable with skin colour, unmatched with partner/spouse, change of mind after sold and related.
10) Strictly NO EXCHANGE AND REFUND due to wrong click on sizing, color, design, item in website. If the customer insist to refund, 20% from the price value (exclude postage charge) will be refunded within 30 working days.
11) Due to current pandemic, exchange disallowed for safety & health reason.
Dezoir reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
